Easy air fryer potato side dish accompanies Chicken really well. Try it with grilled chicken kebabs, caramel baked chicken, chargrilled whole chicken or healthy grilled chicken breasts as dinner ideas.
Ingredients
- 8 baby potatoes, halved (or two large potatoes cut into chunks)
- 2 small sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Rub variations:
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to season
- Or:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Nando’s peri peri salt
Method
Wash and dry potatoes. Keep the skins on to retain their nutrients.
Cut baby potatoes in half, and sweet potatoes into 6 cm chunks.
Mix altogether in a bowl with the olive and oil and seasoning.
Heat air fryer to 190 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
After every 10 min shake the basket to ensure crispiness all over.
